The pupil has speech, language & communication difficulties. ?Windsor Road, CHESHAM,HP5 2DF. The pupil has moderate learning difficulties. ?Campion Road, WIDMER END, HP15 6BU. The pupil has speech, language & communication difficulties and autistic spectrum disorder. ?Pine Walk, HAZLEMERE, HP15 7TR. The pupil has autistic spectrum disorder. ?Sunnyside Road, CHESHAM, HP5 2AR. The pupil has moderate learning difficulties. School details are Chiltern Gate School, Verney Avenue, High Wycombe, HP12 3NE. School times are: Mondays to Thursdays 8.45am start, 3.15pm finish Fridays 8.45am start, 2.15pm finish The pupils are to travel Monday to Friday. All pupils are under 12 years old and so will need to travel in the back of the vehicle with the passenger assistant. An 8 seater vehicle is therefore required. (This will need to be at least an 8 seater transporter size for 6 to travel in the back). A driver and passenger assistant with PATS/ACCT certificate is essential. Additional information: na na
