This Service Specification and accompanying performance management framework set out the requirements,outcomes and standards that the Council expects the Provider to comply with in the delivery of the following which the Provider will provide for and on behalf of the Council: i. Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy ii. Relevant Persons Representative iii. Litigation Friend iv. Independent Mental Health Advocacy v. Care Act 2014
