dbe44b31-09b8-4055-89e7-73f5d28f8201-180094The Council require a kitchen deep clean service for schools in the city of Wolverhampton, that provides three types of clean. The type of cleans are noted as: Type of clean - Description - Frequency 1 Deep kitchen clean Each site will require a Type 1 Clean once a year. 2 Kitchen extraction and ventilation systems clean Some sites will require this clean once a year. This is in addition to the standard Type 1 clean 3 Grease Traps clean A number of sites will require this type of clean. This is in addition to the standard Type 1 clean The Council will determine the numbers of school sites that require each clean. There is more information about the volumes of these cleans set out in the Price Schedule. This contract will be centrally co-ordinated and managed by the Councils Catering Services. All work must be carried out in accordance with the Council's requirements as detailed in this specification and set out below.
