The site has become surplus to operational requirements. Bishopgarth is approx. 8.3 acres and comprises a number of buildings ranging from a nine storey accommodation block to a one storey portacabin. The PCC requires a continuously staffed, SIA licensed security service on a 24 hour basis including weekends and bank holidays. The date of commencement will be Monday 3rd October 2016. The service is required for an initial period of 6 months with monthly extensions thereafter up to a maximum of 2 years. The service will commence on Monday 3rd October 2016.
