The main requirement is to provide immediate help to frequently asked questions and issues regarding the specific systems used at Leeds Trinity University, including • Standard desktop software queries for Microsoft Office. • Specific queries relating to Moodle • Specific queries relating to Turnitin • Specific queries relating to use of library systems • Access to electronic journals • Specific queries relating to SITS e:vision • Provide assistance via an online / remote access system • Password resets • Off-site access to local services • Remote access of student timetables • Student Access problems with student administration system
