With the landlord not being in the social care sector, this offers an opportunity to receive support from someone who would be looking at the situation as a future landlord and help ensure that the tenants using the service build up their skills and understanding of how to manage a tenancy and flat. The landlord support provider will also help transition the service users onto future permanent independent accommodation.
