5ca74eb9-401d-42da-b212-abff255f6226-822193The Authority is seeking to appoint a contractor to act as Principal Contractor in the development of new residential properties consisting of eight (8) no. units, with associated car parking and landscaping.\r The existing structure has already been demolished.\r The time on site is anticipated to be up to 52 weeks, to start as soon as possible and ideally by March 2025.\r \r The successfully awarded Contractor will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council (the Authority) to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract.\r \r Tenderers should note that site access can be facilitated on 28th October at 1pm or 30th October at 9am for those who have expressed an interest via the NEPO Portal in advance. Please confirm your attendance within the messaging section of the NEPO Portal, providing Attendees names and contact numbers and the date you are attending.\r \r Tenderers must pay attention to the requirements as set out in the full Tender pack. The Preambles is within the Tender pack and Tenderers must pay attention to this and the other Tender Documents.\r \r Responses will only be accepted by return in this NEPO Portal and by the deadline stated. Unregistered suppliers will be re-directed to the registration page, registration and use of the NEPO Portal is free. The link is provided further below. Additional information: Award Criteria The full detail's of the award criteria are included in the Tender Documents and it is envisaged that up to 3 Contractors will be appointed to the Framework. Contract Duration The Contract duration is for 12 months and the start date will be agreed by the Authority to the successful Tenerer.
