bdeabdd3-de59-4306-b244-bf5d20ef0483-214887Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council require a contractor to demolish four buildings in Nuneaton and Bedworth (addresses below). Photos of sites are attached but a site visit is highly recommended. All these works are to be carried out whilst the car parks and access roads are open for public use therefore consideration around public safety and secure and safe site set up must be heavily prioritised. A programme of works will need to be submitted following award of contract for discussion and approval during the Pre-Contract meeting. Note that each site will need to be completed individually in order agreed, and not run together. Mill Walk Toilets is to be demolished last out of the 4 sites. The other three can take place in any particular sequence. For more information on the Programme of Works please see the specification. The Authority require the works to start in May 2018 with an estimated project completion period of 8 weeks subject to weather conditions/site constraints.
