4d70b7c8-bcd3-406d-bb7c-f6bbf942994c-157047Manchester City Council will replace the current printer estate including Faxing, Scanning, Mobile Printing and Authentication software as a Multifunctional Device (MFD) Solution. The Council invites suppliers to submit proposals for both purchase or lease devices. The Council requires a managed print solution to support printing devices and output services for circa 300-350 devices across approximately 125 sites in Greater Manchester. The successful proposal will include a Wrap - Around Print Management Solution alongside the printer devices which includes software, support & maintenance, providing Management Information System (MIS) on the solution and working with the Council towards new digital ways of working. The successful supplier will be required to be flexible to meet the requirements of the services, and sites at which the service is provided. The sites may develop and change during the term of the contract.
