This masterplan includes modernising and optimising the International Departures Lounge (IDL) to meet current and future passenger needs. As part of the IDL redevelopment Jersey Airport are seeking a new lounge experience for the passengers.\r \r Our aim for the airport lounge is to exceed Customer expectations by providing unparalleled customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression, fosters customer loyalty, and generates word-of-mouth recommendations, ultimately contributing to the overall success and reputation of the lounge and Jersey Airport.\r \r • Unit size approximately 589sqm/6340sqft.\r • Amenities such as toilets, kitchen and storage to be included within the proposed unit space\r • Open to trade within quarter 2 of 2025.\r • 10 year contract\r • Open for all departing flights.\r
