53b39266-f5d8-465f-92df-c20f0b20dc61-88391The Mental Health Helpline will operate across Coventry and Warwickshire in order to support and enable people with mental health conditions to independently seek support, advice and information instantly on a wide range of issues. The service through appropriately skilled individuals aims to enhance well-being and peace of mind as well as avoid potential admissions into primary and secondary services. The service will be available on a Freephone telephone number, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Provider would be expected to offer on-line support through social media/technology.
