99d56d30-be63-4926-8dd0-db81828c996b-247158Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council (SBC) CCTV services comprise a traditional Public Space Surveillance (PSS) operation plus other non-PSS CCTV related activities such as private building security; car park management activities; highway control activities; staff welfare activities, amongst others. The CCTV Service is also responsible for ensuring the planned and reactive maintenance of CCTV systems within Stockton on Tees and for procuring new CCTV technology. The Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with a Service Provider to deliver the functions of the CCTV Service as defined in this specification. These functions can be broadly defined as follows: •Provision of maintenance services for all SBC CCTV assets, this includes the PSS CCTV system as well as all other SBC building systems; •Provision of all future CCTV technology installations to The Authority across all departments, buildings and operations. •Maintenance of access control systems as identified
