Lot1Boating Lake -The City Council through an external operator currently provides a ?boats for hire? attraction at the boating lake at Heaton Park and is seeking to continue and/or extend this facility in the future. This lot was awarded to: Lakeside Leisure, Wheler Street, Openshaw Manchester, M11 1DH Lot 2 Transport - The City Council requires the provision of transport as an attraction in the Park, as a novelty means of transport and for members of the public to access the wider areas of the park. It is of particular importance that this facility be available and accessible to all sectors of the public, including families with young children, the elderly and people with disabilities. This lot was awarded to: Mr Softee, Kingsway, Rochdale, Lancs, OL16 4UX. Lot 3 Helium Balloons - The City Council wishes to offer the opportunity for helium balloon sales within Heaton Park. This Lot was awarded to: Mr S Williams, Northgate Road, Stockport, SK3 9NZ
