The authority requires that the supplier must provide access for 100 users to the online platform delivering Press Association contract. The authority requires always-on (24-7) access to the online platform on which Press Association and embargoed Press Association news content is to be delivered. The authority requires self-service access to add and remove users from the list of those authorised to use the platform and/or a point of contact to add and remove authorised users.
