863b31c8-8a05-4294-93bc-b06448ae529e-670119Breckland Council requires a contractor to service and repair air handling and air conditioning units at the following locations: o Breckland Council, Elizabeth House, Walpole Loke, Dereham NR19 1EE o Breckland Business Centre, St. Withburga Lane, Dereham NR19 1FD o Breckland Business Centre, St Nicholas Street, Thetford IP24 1BT o 27 to 39 (odd Numbers) Turbine Way, Swaffham PE37 7XD The work required under this contract is annual servicing of air conditioning and 6 monthly air handling systems including any approved reactive repairs and replacements. Such works are not limited to the above premises' and may be extended to other properties owned by Breckland Council. The contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years, with the potential to extend this for a further two (2) years (3+2). The prices will be fixed for the first three (3) years. The contract will be let on the Council's Standard Terms and Conditions (Appendix B).
