069c79bb-15d1-4ce6-97b4-72e79f244fd3-142454Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to fulfil a commission to complete a number of business cases for investment in the redevelopment of Council owned property assets that could generate a future revenue stream for the Council. The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender. The Council wishes to make this appointment based on a fixed fee with an appointment for a maximum period of six months, but the Council would encourage completion of the business cases sooner than that if possible. The deadline for submissions to Due North is 4pm, Friday 20th January 2017 https://procontract.due-north.com Additional information: The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Due North Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the Invitation to Tender document, please visit the above website. Tenderers will need to electronically submit an expression of interest and an electronic copy of the ITT will be sent as an attachment.
