f9dcff54-d710-43db-b8d3-18d648affdad-827091Burnley Borough Council, working with partner organisations including Burnley Leisure and Culture and Burnley Central Library, requires a suitably qualified and experienced consultant/consultancy to develop (phase 1) and support delivery (phase 2) of an ambitious programme of inclusive community events to engage local people in heritage and culture in inspiring, innovative, fun and creative ways. The programme will include active participation in heritage-based activities to help achieve positive wellbeing outcomes, promote strengthened community cohesion and pride of place. Additional information: Development Phase 1 and Delivery Phase 2 are two separate phases of the Councils requirement. Implementation of Phase 2 is subject to a successful second stage application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund and the Council reserves the right not to reappoint to Stage 2 should the programme not progress to delivery.
