Bids should include for all elements of a Professional Service in accordance with the Institute of Structural Engineers and as the attached consultant requirements, critical to this is the ability to work with and respond positively to the whole design team lead by a Lead Architect in conjunction with the appointed Project Manager and the in house Programme Team.
