b5877d88-dc0d-4fea-9b6c-4dc43545b702-89194HCA are funding the borrower to construct a link road which will service 6200 residential units at a scheme known as Rugby Radio Station. The link road is to be constructed in 3 separate phases and is identified on the attached plan. The estimated infrastructure contract value of the first phase of the link road is £10,495,000,the second phase £8,515,000, and the final phase £16,458,000. The initial appointment for the IMS is for the first phase of the link road only. If phases 2 and 3 of the link road(subject to performance ) are funded by HCA then the appointment for MS services will be extended on the same terms and conditions as the initial appointment for the first phase of the link road.
