EY will provide a small team of suitably qualified consultants experienced in developing robust digital business cases for government in accordance with the Green Book to support us (CO) to develop a case and win support from a diverse and challenging stakeholder group. The award was completed by Bloom after receiving separate quotes from a number of different suppliers.
