39be4a4e-0433-458f-8eaf-61b7c2e42949-174598Warwick District Council (WDC) is seeking software support for its housing allocation service which is branded as "HomeChoice". WDC operates the "ActiveH" housing system (supplied by MIS-AMS Ltd) which provides the housing register (or "waiting list"), tenancy management, rent accounting, response repairs, planned maintenance and so on. WDC ICT Services have written a number of additional programs and a website which integrates with ActiveH to implement the WDC housing allocations policy, advertise properties to let and manage the bidding from people on the housing register. WDC is looking for a third party supplier to take over day to day support of the HomeChoice software from the internal ICT team as well as write future planned enhancements. The contract will run for a period of two years with an option to extend for a further two years on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
