High season is nominally from Easter through to end October although this can vary. The opening hours for the café and Visitor centre are 10am to 4pm. The first-floor serviced offices opened in September 2022, with plans to occupy the second-floor in Summer 2024. The buildings are located at Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings, Spring Gardens, Shrewsbury, SY1 2SZ.
