84805aec-2e64-474d-84a1-4ddabbe96ec6-225116This project is to tender a contract to undertake the supply and installation of stairwell and corridor door sets at Darrel Charles Court 100 Park Road Uxbridge UB8 1JQ James Court Hallowell Road Northwood HA6 1UD. The proposed works include for the replacement of the existing doors with fire doors that are fully compliant with British Standards and supported by test data and certification from an independent and suitably accredited organisation. This will safeguard the residents by ensuring that, in the event of a fire breaking out within the building, the door sets will delay the spread of fire and smoke for the minimum time as specified within the specification. Length of contract - The works duration is anticipated to be in the region of 8 weeks on site with works to be potentially staggered across all sites. Additional information: I would confirm that the London Borough of Hillingdon is not seeking expressions of interest in this project but has instead invited all interested organisations to tender through the Council's nominated electronic tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com Please register on the above portal where the tender documents for this project can be downloaded.
