Resin Coat Finish \r • To clean all cubicle floor areas and upstands of approximately 45m2 \r • To scarify all areas of 45m2 in preparation to take resin coat \r • To resin coat all areas of 45m2 in colour of customer choice \r • To leave site clean & tidy\r ADDITIONAL WORKS \r • Supply and fit 2 No new cleaners' taps and 25mm barrel pipework above grating in Male and Female WC's \r • Replace wall-mounted frost-protection heaters in all three toilets, including thermostats and timers. \r • Repair fracture in brickwork to front & rear elevations using Helifix crack stitching bars and Helibond grout cement. Repaint to match existing brick colour (or as close as possible). \r • Repair and replace roof tiles. Clean roof and gutters. Spray on Bio wash additive on completion. \r • Supply and install hot water supply to all 3 toilets.
