The Council's current Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) contract is held by the Citizens Advice Bureau. This has recently been extended for a further year up to March '25, at which point a new contract will need to be in place. Given the short timescales involved, the Council is now seeking a consultant partner to work with us to develop a new specification for this contract with a view to maximising its impact and improving its efficacy. The duration of the contract is 3 months.
