953f493f-4452-4b25-80e8-ba92300e91ff-89694The University of Warwick Estates Office has a requirement for specialist contractors to deliver the maintenance and support of the University’s Building Automation and Control Systems (“BACS”), Automatic Fire Detection System (“Fire”), Automatic Security Control System (“Security”), Access Control System (“Access Control”), CCTV and associated systems and networks. The contract is to be awarded in 10 Lots, as follows; Lot 1 Network Monitoring and Support Lot 2 EBI Application and systems Support Lot 3 BACS Systems Support (Honeywell buildings) Lot 4 BACS Systems Support (Schneider buildings) Lot 5 Access Control and Security Systems Support (Honeywell) Lot 6 Access Control Systems Support (G4S) Lot 7 Access Control Systems Support (Salto) Lot 8 Security System Support (not FS90) Lot 9 CCTV Systems Support Lot 10 Fire Detection System Support Tenderers may apply for 1 or more lots. This may include the supply and installation of any new requirements, extensions and upgrades of new equipment, at the University's discretion. This is an ABOVE EU threshold tender 2015/S 157-288986. All correspondence regarding this tender procedure should be made through the University of Warwick In-Tend system (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofwarwick) via the “Correspondence” functionality. Failure to do so may result in the correspondence being excluded from the tender procedure.
