The Framework has provision for a direct award and in accordance with the guidance set out in the Framework, Wilkes Head & Eve LLP has been identified as being able to meet the specification requirements and is the least cost provider. The contract is for a period of five years with options to extend annually up to 36 months in total up to 28 September 2031
