cf3f453a-5dce-4340-a144-5b7528eadecc-802889Homes England is seeking a provider to work as a partner ('the Supplier') to deliver the Discovery Phase of the Help to Buy Equity Loan (HtB) Transformation Programme. This programme of works seeks to improve the customer experience of the Help to Buy service to its 240k customers and strengthen the effectiveness of delivery of its £18bn loan portfolio.\r \r The Supplier would be expected to bring all the necessary skills to manage oversight and delivery of the Discovery phase of the programme including, but not limited to, providing project management support, defining both "as is" and design "to be" by understanding customer and user needs, finding opportunities to improve the HtB service, defining costs, determining outputs and next steps, managing and reporting risks, programme planning, dependency mapping, stakeholder engagement and business case development.
