a43ad303-4c80-498b-9e93-0d083ca56540-114549The overall aim of the Regional Adoption Agency programme is to stimulate change in the adoption sector by kick starting the move to regional adoption agencies. The programme will support projects involving local authorities, voluntary adoption agencies and other organisations to start their transition to Regional Adoption Agencies in 2015-16. The Greater Manchester and Cheshire East RAA Project comprises of 5 Local Authorities to include Manchester, Cheshire East, Trafford, Salford, Stockport and representatives from the voluntary sector to include Adoption Matters and Caritascare. The project is currently in the planning stages and is being funded by the DFE under the ‘Develop and Deliver’ bids, where the RAA have identified a preferred RAA model and need support to move to it. We are looking for a company to help us deliver Financial Modelling, Organisational Design, and Reporting.
