The service will require a complete refurbishment of existing laundry facilities and decoration of new locations when required. A solution to the current arrangement is sought whereby new innovation and more efficient and effective laundry facilities are offered. An installation programme will be required prioritised by access and availability. All servicing, maintenance and repair is to be undertaken by the supplier.
