There are no actual costs to the organisation, as all costs are recoverable through employee salary reductions. The Contract value is based on 100% opt in from employees to the optional scheme. Therefore, this contract value has been over estimated. Currently, only 6% of employees have opted into this enhanced healthcare scheme.
