Torbay Economic Development Company Ltd trading as TDA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Authority, is the Authority's agent in managing the property assets. The TDA owns approximately 120 assets and also manages a number of assets for other organisations. This number can fluctuate. The Authority has a requirement for an externally hosted Asset Management system to include functionality for a Facilities Management module.
