The council is looking to put in place a Contract for the provision of Consultation and Engagement services to meet the needs of service users and the workforce. The contract duration will be for a maximum of 4 years, covering an initial period of 3 years, plus 1 optional extension of 1 year (i.e. 3 + 1)
