efaca8c8-90aa-4c32-a650-6404f3030f88-90906There is a requirement to make amendments to several eForms used by survey and inspection branch. These amendments are due to policy changes some of which must be completed by 1st April 2016 and others by 14th April 2016. Currently marine offices have put work-arounds in place to issue certificates until the changes are implemented. However, these workarounds result in it taking longer to issue certificates and where photocopying is used as a work-around there is a reduction in quality. No suitable resources are currently available to do this work within the MCA and there is a requirement to purchase suitable technical resources to implement these changes within the deadlines mentioned.
