Normal Collection/Delivery times are Monday to Friday 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs, however in some circumstances service may be required outside of these hours, but these will be pre-agreed. The contractor should be a member of the Vehicle Builders and Repairers Association (VBRA) or equivalent. The contractor should be approved by major insurance providers for Vehicle Accident Repairs. Please note this is a Single Supplier Framework.
