46fa73da-11a1-459d-8f47-cb0c05070bd2-698175Asbestos Surveys and Re Inspections\r \r Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Asbestos Surveys and Re Inspections\r \r Project Description\r \r Swindon Borough Council wishes to engage with a suitably experienced and qualified company to carry out asbestos surveys and re inspections for domestic corporate buildings and garages which were constructed prior to the year 2000\r \r The initial contract term will be for 48 months with an option to extend for a further 48 months 2 periods of 24 months for a potential total contract term of 8 years as stated in the ITT documents Estimated contract spend is between 94000000 and 95000000 across the initial 4 year contract term and between 188000000 and 1900000 across the potential total 8 year contract term\r \r Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents\r \r To participate in this Restricted Procedure Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the Selection Questionnaire and draft tender documents In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team \r \r SQ clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title by 19th June 2023 1500 hrs UK Local time The Councils responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal \r \r SQ responses are required to be submitted no later than 26th June 2023 1500 hrs UK Local time via ProContract tender portal \r \r A minimum of five suitably qualified suppliers will be invited to tender Estimated date of dispatch of invitations to tender or to participate to selected candidates by 6th July 2023\r \r Please note that this project has been advertised on Find a Tender Service Contract Notice Contracts Finder other web portals however Supplying the South West Portal is the only portal that includes all the relevant documents required to respond to this opportunity bearing Project Id DN671636\r \r No submission will be considered without completing the SQ documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the SQ documents\r
