It will be the key resident-facing health improvement service. The service focuses on cardiovascular risk reduction through supporting behavioural changes for four key public health risk factors, including stopping smoking as a priority, increasing physical activity, maintaining healthy weight, reducing alcohol intake, underpinned by an improved mental wellbeing.
