The service must be delivered by experienced, qualified and credible companies, who have knowledge and experience of working in an acute healthcare sector. Companies must be capable of effectively servicing, fault finding, rectifying and supplying necessary technical support and spare parts to the generator sets. They must therefore be appointed agents of SDMO.
