ad072b1c-ea14-4f34-bb09-bc937d388565-717801In March 2024, funding for the Long COVID (Post COVID syndrome) services central programme team in NHS England will cease. This will mean that responsibility for delivering post COVID services will move from NHS England to the 42 integrated care boards (ICBs). As part of the strategic approach to the transition of services, it is proposed that a Clinical Post COVID Society is established for clinicians, and managers of clinical services working in multidisciplinary teams Post COVID services for adults and children and young people, as well as academics and researchers .
