The contractor shall provide young people, aged 12 to 19 (and up to age 25 if they have a disability), with access to free, accessible, high quality and well publicised positive activities which embed the Council's commitment to promoting healthy living, supporting young people to achieve their aspirations; and to the delivery of the Council's core youth offer. The contract is for the period 1st February 2018 to 31st March 2019, with the possibility of extension by a further 12 months to 31st March 2020.
