The works include removal and replacement of existing flat roof coverings together with other associated building works as per the specification included in the tender documentation. This tender consists of 2 Lots: Lot 1 - Works at Westside Community Centre Lot 2 - Works at Sycamore Community Centre Additional information: The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers.
