This will include: Distributional analysis - assessment of how different charging options impact the level of charges paid by different consumer groups; Behavioural analysis - how these impacts affect the behavioural responses of the groups; and System and customer cost analysis - how aggregate behavioural and cost changes may drive long term changes to the system when compared to a baseline.
