68338a76-eaba-4146-a12e-6f86a8c492f4-839003Folkestone and Hythe District Council ("FHDC") wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for a combined contract for Responsive Repairs, Void Refurbishment, and Planned Works to be carried out on FHDC's social housing stock - and invites prospective suppliers to tender for this requirement.\r \r The delivery of a responsive repairs, voids refurbishment work and planned refurbishment workstreams contract. With A Hybrid Schedule of Rates and PPP (electrical and plumbing) model for repairs and a schedule of rates model for voids, basket rates and NHF Version 8.0 for planned works (mainly kitchens and bathrooms and aids and adaptations). The contract will be delivered by a single provider across all stock.\r \r The Contract is expected to start on 7 April 2025 and will continue for an initial period of 10 years with an option to extend by 5 years.\r \r Interested suppliers can visit the Kent Business Portal (www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk) and search current opportunities for DN708650.
