7fa6ffd3-291b-40dc-b372-cd2875eddf47-138678The ITT refers to a fit-out project being undertaken by University College London (UCL) at UCL Here East. The project will occupy part of the Olympic Park's former Broadcast Centre, now known as Here East - 'London's Home of Making'. The project to-date has developed in two main phases. Whilst this set of works is primarily concerned with the second phase, known as UCL Here East 2 (Real Estate Institute), it is important to consider the context of this phase in relation to UCL Here East 1, which commenced on site in July 2016. The design of both phases promotes visibility between all areas of the spaces, whilst paying particular attention to the quality and performance of acoustics, ventilation, lighting, and thermal performance. The proposed first floor space fronts the western 'Yard' and will connect with the large double volume space of Here East 1 with views over the 'Collaboratory' below and a new accommodation stair link.
