It is essential that we work proactively in partnership to prevent Domestic Abuse from happening in the first instance. We must also ensure we provide the best possible care and support to those families effected by Domestic Abuse at the earliest possible opportunity and use every available resource to address perpetrators of abuse. This is a community-based service to continue with our co-ordinated community response model towards Domestic Abuse.
