The utilities include gas, electricity, water and store oils. The following list is an outline of Walsall Council requirements – • Set up and maintain utility data bases including transfer of historical data • Collect, validate and store all utility invoices • Query billing and negotiate applicable refunds • On line supplier query system • Manage changes to account and premise • Manage supplier management issues • Provide on line reporting • Manual meter readings • Collect, import and report on half hourly meters and AMR’s • Provide a dedicated account manager • Provide a call centre service • Attend regular meetings and work to agreed KPI’s • Manage and finalize all CRC reports • ISO9001 (Quality Management) • ISO27001 (Data Security)
