Thanet District Council require a contractor for the following works Thanet District Councils' [TDC] Tenant and Leaseholder Services (TLS) wishes to appoint a single contractor to undertake works to construct a single storey rear ground floor extension to the property at 25 Brecon Square, Ramsgate, CT126NS. The property is a 3 bedroomed semi detached 2 storey house of traditional construction, with gardens to the front and rear. The proposed extension will comprise a bedroom, a wet floor bathroom and external ramping. The existing ground floor Kitchen, Hallway and cloak room will be reconfigured to suit the proposed adaptation.
