The contract will be let on JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor Design Portion, 2024 Edition. The timetable is below. Although the council does not intend to make any changes to this timetable, should it be required suppliers will be notified as soon as possible via InTend clarifications. Issue of tender documentation Monday 16th September 2024 Deadline for requests for clarification Tuesday 1st October 2024 @ 17:00 Tender submission deadline Friday 11th October 2024 @ 12:00 Issue of tender evaluation results Monday 4th November 2024 Contract Award Monday 4th November 2024 Mobilisation Period Monday 4th November -Sunday 1st December 2024 Commencement Monday 22nd December 2024 Completion Friday 22nd March 2025 End of defects period Sunday 22nd March 2026 The deadline for submissions is Friday 11th October at 12:00 (Noon).
