68369d03-d891-43ab-a8fe-afdb3a9496f8-142541The University of Sheffield department of Materials Science and Engineering are to purchase two Powder Atomisers through this tender exercise as two separate lots: Lot 1: We are looking to procure a gas atomisation system that will produce high quality spherical powder from reactive materials for atomisation research purposes and for material manufacture for use in advanced powder processes. Lot 2: We are looking to procure a Vacuum Induction gas atomisation system that will produce high quality spherical powder from a variety of materials for atomisation research purposes and for material manufacture for use in advanced powder processes. We are seeking a tender response which covers both of the sets of requirements above. This may be in the form of a modular single system or two different atomisers at the discretion of the supplier.
