To evaluate the effectiveness of the BLACHIR approach in facilitating purposeful and ongoing systemic change to reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes for racialised communities. The Council expects the successful provider to work closely with the BCC teams and relevant BLACHIR partner organisations, as the evaluation must help inform and support the ongoing implementation of the BLACHIR Review across Birmingham's Health and Care System. This contract will be for a period of 12 months commencing on 1st May 2025 until 30th April 2026.
